Kristina Cervera Garcia

Kristina Cervera Garcia is a family law and criminal defense attorney serving Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas, including communities in Waukesha, Washington, Kenosha, and Racine counties. Ms. Cervera Garcia began her legal career in 1998, the same year she obtained her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Criminology, and law studies, also from Marquette University.

In 2005, Ms. Cervera Garcia established her own private practice, Cervera Garcia Law Offices LLC., in the heart of Milwaukee, evolving into a trusted family law and criminal defense law firm with a proven track record. The two pillars of Ms. Cervera Garcia’s practice are a personal approach to her clients and a tough stance against the opposition. Understanding that many clients work full-time jobs during the day, she makes herself available during weekday evenings when needed, and offers services in English and Spanish for her clients' convenience.

Ms. Cervera Garcia performs a variety of family law and criminal defense services for her clients. For family law clients, she handles adoption, divorce, spousal support, child custody and visitation, child support, modification and enforcement, juvenile delinquency and dependency proceedings, mediation, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is also a dedicated Milwaukee criminal lawyer, representing clients accused of most felonies and misdemeanors, including motor vehicle and traffic offenses, drug offenses, rape and sexual assault, retail theft, battery, disorderly conduct, and concealed carry offenses.

Ryan Masse

Ryan Masse is an immigration attorney based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review, a Wisconsin Supreme Court intern and a tutor with the East Asian Legal Studies Center.

As an immigration lawyer, Mr. Masse specializes in family-based practice, including spousal petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing cases. He has extensive experience in applying for waivers of inadmissibility as well as U visa applications. He has represented numerous clients before the immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Mr. Masse strives to be personal, honest, and diligent with his clients in an effort to achieve the best results possible. Mr. Masse is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
